Two room apartment at first floor with double bedroom, bathroom, sitting room with well-equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed (140×195) and fireplace. Private terrace with own barbecue, provided with garden table and chairs.(only in summer holiday). Private parking space

Not included in the price: final cleaning of 50,00 euro - for pets, a cleaning supplement of 30.00 euros is required- sheets and towels (for bedroom, bathroom and kitchen) at request.
Services available: Tana dell’Istrice has a communal lounge with table tennis, table football, board games, television and internet wifi and washing machine. The swimming pool is available to guests staying in the Tana dell’Istrice and Baita Belvedere(6 metres wide, 12 metres long and 1.5 metres deep) with sun umbrellas and sun loungers with a view over the crest of the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. The swimmingpool is open from mid-June to mid- septermber (subject to weather).
Payment Method: 30% as a deposit to be paid at the time of booking 70% as the balance to be paid by bank transfer within 30 days prior to the start of the rental period.
Accessories available: tv, hairdryer, clothes drying rack, blankets. kitchen with crockery, pots and pans, fridge, 4-ring hob, single sink, microwave oven, American coffee machine, wood, outdoor barbecue. Outdoor dining equipment- table, chairs and umbrella (only in summer holiday).
Pets: allowed on request.
